Great Curve Films is a film production company founded in 2009 by director/producer Madeleine Sackler. Great Curve's two latest films are the narrative feature film O.G., starring Jeffrey Wright and Theothus Carter, and the documentary IT'S A HARD TRUTH AIN'T IT, which was co-directed with thirteen men inside a maximum-security prison and nominated for a 2020 Emmy Award in the Outstanding Arts and Culture Documentary category. Both films were made inside the walls of a maximum-security prison in close collaboration with both the staff of the prison as well as men who are currently incarcerated there. Both films are currently available on HBO.
